Hardox® Wearparts Center
Tradon is one of the leading Northeast Hardox® Wearparts centers with an extensive range of machining & forming capabilities to solve any wear problem thrown our way.
We provide custom wear solutions using Hardox® & Strenx® steels ranging from 1/8 all the way to 3" thick material. With capabilities of Drilling, Countersink, Counterboring, Thread Milling, Plasma & Oxy/Propylene cutting, Beveling and bending.
We provide on-site assistance to better service our customer base including formed liners, Hardox® wear packages, replacement parts, and much more.

Custom Tungsten Carbide Wear Parts
Dramatically extend the life of your wear parts with custom Tungsten carbide Impregnation.
Tradon provides a wide variety of wear parts with tungsten carbided to increase service life, many of which are on the shelf & ready to ship.
Tungsten Carbiding is available for teeth, Cutting Edges & Segments, Heel Shrouds, Vertical Guards and more. At times, Tungsten carbide parts can greatly increase service life in the most severe wear applications by as much as 3 - 5 times the hours compared to standard, non-carbide components.

Welding, Repair & Custom Fabrication
Beyond our extensive processing capabilities of Hardox® wear plate, Tradon is one of the northeast's leading repair centers of heavy equipment attachment repair & custom fabrication.
We design, repair & improve heavy equipment attachments by reducing weight & increasing attachment efficiency through superior designs compared to OEM provided buckets by providing easily replaced components on high wear areas in order to decrease downtime.
Whether you're looking to replace a worn out lip assembly, or looking to upgrade your bucket for a severe duty outfit, no matter the challenge, we're up for it. We provide hands on consultation on equipment repairs at no cost to you, as well as pick up and delivery of your attachment for repair.
